H4016 - Henry I (1100-1125), Silver Penny, 1.17g., Smaller Profile / Cross and Annulets type (c.1119), BMC type XII, Lewes - Edmund, bust left crowned, in field left, a rosette, rev., cross pattée with annulet centre; in each angel, an annulet enclosing a pellet, (N.868; S.1273), small official snick at 9 o'clock, holed, very fine and extremely rare, only coin of type for mint. $595

H3255 - Henry I (1100-1125), Silver Penny, 1.33g., Pellets in Quatrefoil type (c.1123), BMC type XIV, Hastings - Wulfric, facing crowned and diademed bust of Henry holding a sceptre, star to the right, HENRICVS, rev., quadrilateral with a star in centre and pellets on limb, four lis around, [+P]VNER[IC:ON]HAS, (N.870; S.1275), official snick and crack, weakly struck in parts as is often the norm, otherwise very fine, rare. $395

H3223 - Henry I (1100-1125), Silver Penny, 1.45g., Quadrilateral on Cross Fleury type (1125 - c.1135), BMC type XV, Canterbury - Agmundr, crowned three-quarters facing diademed bust of Henry holding a sceptre, HENRICVS, rev., quadrilateral with incurved sides and lis at each angle over cross fleury, [+AHGEMVN]D:ON:CAN, (N.871; S.1276), weakly struck in parts as is the norm, otherwise almost very fine with a reasonably good portrait for type, interesting misattribution by Elmore Jones. $545
